1917 STAFF
The 1917 Staff serves at the 1917 Café, Gift Shop, and West End coffee shop by rotating shifts at these three locations on a weekly basis.

ACCOUNTING STAFF
The Accounting Staff serves by counting registration fees, retail sales, and the weekly offering, as well as operating the change booth.

AMPHITHEATER RECREATION STAFF
The Amp Rec Staff serves by overseeing the skate park and walk-up recreation activities (basketball, ping pong, gaga ball, corn hole, etc.) at the outdoor amphitheater.

FIELD RECREATION STAFF
The Field Rec Staff serves by directing and supervising all tournament recreation (volleyball, basketball, etc.), and manages the tournament brackets. They also maintain the rec fields and walk-up recreation activities.

FOOD SERVICES STAFF
The Food Services Staff serves by preparing meals in the event center for all staff and some guests.

CONCESSIONS STAFF
The Concessions Staff serves in the concessions venues around grounds.

COURTESY STAFF
The Courtesy Staff serves through enforcing the code of conduct for campers and other guests.

FACILITIES STAFF
The Facilities Staff serves guests by ensuring that our facilities are clean and in good condition. Skill training and some safety certification is provided, which can help for future employment preparation.

FIRST AID STAFF
The First Aid Staff serves in the First Aid Station by helping the nurses and doctors with record keeping and office assistance.

GATE STAFF
The Gate Staff serves at the entry points of camp by checking in guests and collecting fees.

LIFEGUARD STAFF
The Lifeguard Staff serves at the creek and the lake. If a lifeguard certification is not already held, Falls Creek will reimburse the training fee.

MEDIA STAFF
The Media Staff serves in the tabernacle and the event center to help produce worship services and breakouts, and on the plaza for late-night media needs. Technical skills are required.

PROGRAM/MISSIONS STAFF
The Program Staff serves during the Youth Camp weeks at registration, Missions Village, breakouts, and encourages campers to get involved with missions and evangelism.

ROPES COURSE STAFF
The Ropes Staff serves at the high and low ropes course elements. They are responsible for supervising campers, group facilitation, and maintaining equipment. No previous ropes course experience is necessary; training will be provided.

WELCOME CENTER STAFF
The Welcome Center Staff serves at the Front Desk in the Jordan Welcome Center and focuses on hospitality, lodging, and communications on grounds.

CrossTimbers Mission Adventure Camp

MISSIONS TEAM
Missions Team members serve by teaching about missionaries and missions projects in North America and worldwide through missions presentations, videos, and hands-on activities

FOOD SERVICES TEAM
“Caf Staff” serves in the cafeteria by preparing and serving all the meals for the staff and campers. Food Service Team members will also be lead members at the concession stand.

LIFEGUARD TEAM
Lifeguard Team members serve at the creek waterfront, which includes wipeout challenges and kayaking, and at the pool, ensuring safe and proper use of facilities and equipment. If a lifeguard certification is not already held, Falls Creek will reimburse the training fee.

ROPES COURSE TEAM
Ropes Team members serve at the ropes course elements and encourage campers to face extreme challenges. No previous ropes course experience is necessary; training will be provided.

TARGET SPORTS TEAM
Target Sports Team members serve through leading target activities including archery, paintball, BB guns, and slingshots.

WORSHIP TEAM
Worship Team members primarily serve on another staff and help lead worship on a volunteer basis. Morning and evening worship services are provided for campers. Previous experience leading worship preferred.

ALL CROSSTIMBERS STAFF MEMBERS WILL SERVE AS SMALL GROUP (TRIBAL) LEADERS AND ASSIST IN STAFFING THE CONCESSION STAND.
